Resumo em português:	Crise no relacionamento com o filho único conduz uma paciente a ideias suicidas, com agravamento da depressão instalada após a morte da mãe, e há anos determinando sua desorganização e decaída pessoal. A estreita ligação e identificação com a figura materna levaram-na a repetidos fracassos em suas relações amorosas, tal como à poderosa ligação narcisista com o filho, constituindo importantes elos em cadeia transgeracional. Sentimentos de decepção, mágoa e injustiça associam-se ao profundo ressentimento pela separação destes objetos de amor, conduzindo-a ao afastamento progressivo de demais relações e clausura na estreiteza destes vínculos fundamentais. A emergência do terceiro lhe é traumática e intolerável, o que, juntamente com a perpetuação de fantasias e relações idealizadas, leva à impossibilidade da paciente enfrentar a perda da completude narcísica e intercepta o luto pela separação dos objetos amados. O sofrimento que poderia conduzir à experiência transformadora desemboca em ruína pessoal. O trabalho psicanalítico é a abertura para a alteração desta repetição e reverberação de sua história identificatória, o que vem impossibilitando sua existência independentemente e ameaça fazer o mesmo com relação aos anseios do filho(AU)
Resumo em inglês:	A crisis in the relationship with her only son leads a patient to suicide ideas, worsening a depression that started at her mother´s death, and determinant of her de-organizaing and personal decay for years. The tight bond and identification with the maternal figure led her to sucessive failures in her love relationships, as well as the powerful narcissistic bond with her son, representing importante links in the trans-generational chaim. Feelings of disappointment, grief and injustice are associated with a deep resentment stemming from a separation from these love objects, leading her to a progressive distance from other relationships, and to a confinement in the tighness of these essentioal bonds. The emergence of a trird person is traumatic and unbearable, which along with perpetuation of fantasies and idealized relationships, leads the patient o the impossibility of facing the loss of narcissistic completeness, and intercepts the mouring resuulting from the separation of beloved objects. Suffering that could lead to a transforming experience ends up çeading to her personal ruin. The psychoanalytic work is na opening to change repetition and reverberation of her identity story, making it impossible to reach na independente existence and might do the same regarding her son´s aspirations

Resumo em português:	As autoras descrevem o trabalho com um grupo de residentes de urologia com o objetivo de promover um campo de reflexão da prática médica a partir do enfoque psicanalítico. O grupo teve como um de seus objetivos ampliar a captação da subjetividade na relação médico-paciente, sensibilizando o olhar clínico, para além da objetividade da consulta médica. Foi possível trabalhar sobre as escolhas feitas no cotidiano dos atendimentos valorizando a relação interpessoal, desenvolvendo a capacidade de diagnosticar o paciente e não somente a doença. Os estudantes familiarizaram-se com conceitos psicanalíticos, a partir de situações clínicas, apresentadas por eles ao grupo. Observamos na escolha da profissão de médico, a fantasia do poder, da imunização à dor, à doença e à morte, o que leva o estudante, no período da residência, a sofrer vários golpes narcísicos. O médico é treinado para salvar, curar, servir e, na maioria das vezes, se sente demasiadamente responsável pelo paciente. Diante do naufrágio de tais ideais, os limites são experienciados como extremos, eclodindo sentimentos de inadequação e culpa. Colaborar com a estrutura egóica do residente para enfrentar as situações traumáticas a que estará exposto ao longo da vida profissional poderia ser de grande valia na formação do médico
Resumo em inglês:	The authors describe the work with a group of residentes in Urology with the aim of thinking about medical practice, according to a psychoanalytic point of view. One of the goup ambitions was the enlargement of the subjectivity perception in doctor-patient relationship. Adding a touch of sensibility to the clinic eye, beyond the objectivity of medical consultation. Working on chioices made from everyday assistances improved the interpersonal relationship, developing the ability of diagnosing the the patient and not only the disease. The studentd learned psychoanalytical concepts, from clinical situations presented to the group. We observe, in the choice for medical activity, a fantasy of power, of immunity to pain, to illnes and to death, what leads the residente to go though several narcissistic woundes. A doctoe is traindes to save, to heal and to serve and in most cases they feel excessively reponsable for their patients. Before the sinking of such ideals, limits are experienced as being extreme, causing feeling of unfitness and blame. Collaborating with the residents´egoistical structure in facing the traumatic situations they shall be exposed to along their professional lives might be of great value in the doctor´s formation

Minha idéia é para uma possibilidade de representação de corpo na filosofia, sob o ponto de vista de Espinosa e Descartes, para em seguida, propor uma hipótese do somático como elemento fundamental na origem da mente. Resumo em inglês:	In this paper, I share the experience lived through the analysis of a teenager, putting in evidence matters related to boby transformations. I describe the analytic process since the formation os a bond between the girl and me until the establishment of na idea of na inner world, of subjectivity ando f subjectivity ando f intersubjectivity. Along this analytical process, Paula goes from body experiences with no representation to a point where she can deal with thinking processes and conflictive internal situatiosn. As to she emotional relationship that took plce, the intra psychic acquired more and more importance. My idea is to highlight the way Paula passed from the body as a concrete experience to a a possibility of mental representation and symbolization. A first, I refer to the concepto f body, I propose a hypothesis of the somatic as a fundamental elemnt in the origino f the mind. I choose this theme-the body – because I think it is current and presente in many contemporary clinical experiences

Resumo em inglês:	In the psychoanalytical clinic, a high number of patients frequantly look for treatment after experiencing loss, abandonment or a great disappointmant with a loved one. In a vulnerable and unstable state of mind, they experience intense suffering and a depressive mental condition which is very hard to overcome; many times they also presente suicidal ideas and the will to commit them. This paper intends to discuss the subective condition of the people who feel that their loved and lost ones are so utterly necessary that without them they just don´t have internal self sustenance. Presenting a few fragments of clinical cases, the mental condition that transforms the mourning and the separation into something impossible to be overcome is studied in this paper. The psychoanalytical approach suggest that it´s possible that these individuals are experiencing once more a profound and abyssal loss related to the most essentioal and archaic quality of their internal world and to their relationship with the primary object

Este trabalho busca refletir sobre o sujeito que se aliena ao ser amado vivenciando-o de modo tão absolutamente necessário, o eu indicando absoluta falta de sustentação interna. Sobre fragmentos de casos clínicos é de interesse o estudo da condição subjetiva que torna a separação e o luto impossíveis. A escuta analítica sugere a possibilidade do reviver de uma perda profunda e abissal, relativa ao mais essencial e arcaico de seu mundo interno e da relação do sujeito com o objeto primário(AU)

Lacan inicia seu percurso teórico a partir de duas vertentes: em sua tese de doutorado sobre um caso de psicose (1932), ele critica a redução dos fenômenos mentais ao registro do orgânico, bem como aponta a importância de que o sentido da alucinação seja buscado no sujeito; já no seu chamado “retorno a Freud”, ele questiona a ênfase que vinha sendo dada ao seu eu pela psicanálise à época. Lacan agrega a hipótese do inconsciente freudiano a noções advindas tanto do estruturalismo como da linguística, o que lhe permite desvencilhar a psicanálise de uma ideia da existência de uma subjetividade livre e autônoma, bem como compreender o eu a partir de sua vertente imaginária, situada em uma linha de ficção irredutível(AU)
Resumo em inglês:	This article examines Jacques Lacan´s theory of the subject and emphasizes the difference that he establishes between the Ego and the unconscious subject. Lacan developed his theries from two starting points: in his doctorate thesis about psychosis (1932) he criticizes the approaches that consider the mental phenomena as something strictly organic, and ponts out that the senses of the hallucinations should be searched the emphasis that, at that time, psychoanalysis was dedicating to the concepto f Ego. Lacan combines the Freudian hypothesis of the unconscious with concepts formulated by structuralism and linguistics, and thus rids psychoanalysis of the notion that a free and autonomous subjectivity com exit. This combination also allows Lacan to understand the Ego as na imaginary instance, situated in na irreducible fictional line

Finalmente, questiona-se a utilização da técnica lacaniana em casos graves, entendidos como aqueles que não se apresentam como neuroses clássicas, dadas as falhas na constituição e acesso ao símbolo, mas que não são quadros manifestos de psicose(AU)
Resumo em inglês:	This article presentes a few aspects of the lacanian notion of ego. It emphasizes the danger of the super-production of senses in the clinic, which can make the patient restore his defenses, identifying himself with the analyst´s interpretation and, more than that, with the analyst´s ego. Some contributions from Andre Green are useful as couterpoints to the extremismo of the lacaniana view of the ego and certain arguments of Maria Rita Kehl are used as ao a reference for the comprehension of the ethics in the lacanian technique. Finally, the article questions the utilization of the lacanian technique in severe cases, understood as those that don´t presente themselves as classin neuroses, given the gaps in the constitution process and in the acces to the symbol, but that are not manifest cases of psychosis

Resumo em português:	Este trabalho apresenta um breve levantamento da utilização do conceito de símbolo na obra de Freud para a, a partir daí, podermos refletir sobre as implicações disso na prática clínica. Acompanhando este mesmo propósito, busco assinalar que, na verdade, a experiência clínica de todo analista e expões a um campo de não simbolização – ao campo pulsional. Neste sentido, estaríamos tratando de situações que ultrapassam a esfera do já representado no aparelho psíquico: para alcançarmos as fronteiras de uma clínica que estaria aquém do reprimido. Proponho que este ponto de vista nos obrigue a considerar um contexto transferencial em que o analista não se apresentaria apenas como objeto de desejo, mas precisaria ser entendido também como objeto atual da pulsão. Sendo assim, seria necessário que repensássemos uma série de questões referentes à técnica, qu precisariam ser adequadas às concepções aqui esboçadas(AU)
Resumo em inglês:	This article presentes a brief survey of the freudian concepto symbol, considering clinical pratice. Follwing this course, it remarks that in truth, the clinical pratice of ecery psychoanlyst is based on a non-symbolized scope which is the drive scope. Psychoanalyst are immerse in a contexto that transcend the sphere of representatio, as we reach a fronteir far from the repressed. It is propoused them, na understanding of the transferencial contextin which the psychoanalyst is not only the object of desire of the patieny, but also the actual object of the drive. In this way, it is necessary to reformulate some practices of the psychoanalytic technique

Resumo em português:	O trabalho de Melanie Klein sobre o término de uma análise, publicado em 1950, é submetido a uma leitura desconstrutiva. Após uma rápida apresentação desta modalidade de leitura e da explicação de suas vantagens para o psicanalista diante de textos de psicanálise, é feita uma consideração genérica sobre o contexto em que Melanie Klein produziu o texto e sobre algumas das suas características retóricas. Em seguida, são focalizados quatro aspectos do textos: a distinção entre os vértices genético e estrutural na teoria e na clínica kleiniana, a relação problemática entre “força do ego” e “profundidade do ego” como índices de uma cura bem sucedida, a exigência de que a análise prossiga na solidão e , finalmente, o não-analisável com que cada indivíduo deve aprender a conviver(AU)
Resumo em inglês:	Melanie klein´s text about the terminartion of a processo f psychoanalysis, published in 1950 is here submitted to a deconsctructive reanding. The practice of desconstructive is explained by the author who also demonstrates its advantages for the hermeneutics of psychoanytic texts. The historical contexto in which Klein produced this text and some of the text are focused: the difference between genetic and structural approaches in theory and clinic kleinian work; the problematic relation between ego strength and depth of the ego as two criteria of a sucessful analysis; the requirement to pursue analysis in solitude; and finally the nees to learn how deal with the non-analyzable aspects

Resumo em português:	O autor faz uma reflexão sobre a importância do passado e do presente na prática psicanalítica. Faz um percurso em alguns trabalhos técnicos e metapsicológicos freudianos onde esta importância é apontada. O passado corresponderia à história libidinal do paciente já inscrito no psiquismo e passível de ser transferido para o analista (transferência) e o presente nos fatos que se desenrolam durante o processo e referido diretamente à pessoa do analista (referência) e, portanto, a serem simbolizados. Aquele diz respeito aos representantes pulsionais, enquanto este tem a ver com a própria pulsão. O analista tem de navegar nestes dois momentos do processo resgatando símbolos (arqueólogo) e construindo símbolos (construtor), apontando com isto ferramentas que vão enriquecer a rede simbólica e assim propiciar ao paciente melhores condições para lidar melhor com a coisa pulsional(Au)
Resumo em inglês:	The author Works through concepts such as past and presente in the clinical pratice. For this, he utilizes freudian technical and metapsychological framework. Where, the past coulb be related to the libidinal histpry of the patient, represented in his psychic and transferred to the analyst (transference), whilw the present represented by facts that occur during the therapeutic hour is directed toward the analyst (reference); and it needs to be symbolized. The past could be the drive representation while the presente could be the drive itself. The analyst has to sail through bot moments of the analytic process, digging symbols (archeologist) and constructing (constructor)
